Top Lady Angler Jody Robinson
The weather postponed Stuart Sailfish Club’s Ladies Tournament was fished Sunday and the Ladies could not ask for better day. This year’s theme was “Fight Like a Girl” and the Ladies did not disappoint. The Kickoff party (held last weekend) included a fashion show, music and much, much more and went off without a hitch. Well, except for the weather the following day.
This Sunday’s day of fishing proved to be a slew of firsts! Lady
luck rode shotgun for most of the prize winners giving the field several of first
time catches, meaning first Sailfish ever caught, first Dolphin ever caught,
first time in a tournament, first time fishing period. After a day of fishing
the ladies walked the dock all smiles & tan weighing lots of small dolphin,
several sailfish releases and a handful of other catches. All and all, everyone
enjoyed the day.
